Infrastructure
The three storied building of Vidya Pratishthan’s College of Education which houses the D.T.Ed. along with B.Ed and M.Ed courses has all the facilities required for effective implementation of the Training of prospective Teachers.
We have independent Guidance rooms for each of the faculty members in order to encourage greater teacher-student interaction. A Common Assembly Hall for various activities with a capacity to seat an audience of five hundred.
There are four well equipped Classrooms with comfortable seating arrangements for the trainee –teachers. A Computer laboratory with Twenty-five Computers is available for Training in Information and Communication Technology. The students have the advantage of using a well-stacked Library and a spacious Reading Room as per their convenience.
A number of seminars and lectures of visiting faculties and experts from different walks of life are arranged in the Seminar Hall. Teachers as well as Trainee Teachers are encouraged to incorporate technology in Classroom teaching by means of OHP/LCD.
